REST API To Get All The Queues Associated To A Particular Resource

Is there a REST API that gives us all the Queues that the particular resource (based on email, party id, etc) is associated with?

We couldn't find any in the REST API documentation below:

Requirement: Input the email id/name/party id of the resource in the REST API as a parameter which should give all Queues that particular resource is associated with as a response.
