For Components posted as salary, can we apply it to the Annualized Full-Time Salary?

Summary:

Some of our employees have 0.5 FTE. Their components are posted to the Adjusted Salary - Current when transferred to HR which is half of the Annualized Full-Time Salary.

In below example, we have an employee with 75400 Full Time Salary and FTE of 0.5. We input 9448 and posted as salary, expecting it to be applied to the Annualized Full-Time Salary. However when transferred to HR, the input was posted using the Adjusted Salary. Is it possible to post it using the Annualized Full-Time Salary?
