Summary:

The requirement is to restrict Line Managers to be able to submit Retro Active Changes for all Core HR transactions.

Navigation for Line Manager transactions is .. My Team>Employment>(All transactions under it)

Any help with how this requirement could be achieved using Business Object validation rule on 'When and Why' object? I would need to check if the transaction is initiated by Line Manager to restrict them using a date prior to sysdate.
