Compensation Zone Overlap Issue

Summary:

We currently have two Compensation Zone Types (US Zone Type and CA Zone Type) with Zones created using State/Province and Postal Code Ranges. We are experiencing an impact to employee's salary range being displayed as the State/Province and Postal Code Range is part of multiple zones. There are workers who have a zone overlap and their salary range is being displayed incorrectly in Core HR (HCM Compensation Info UI Panel) and/or Workforce Compensation. As we understand, if certain Province/State, City, Postal Code range is mapped to more than one zone, the salary flows that include zone-based differentials can't figure out
