Summary:

We are failing to run the Collections Metrics Process due to the Customers Have Party names with invalid characters like "-" that are part of their legal name in example SNAP-ON INCORPORATED.

We cannot change that legal name because thats the name we are using for invoicing and if we change that name we might not get paid.
