Validate Flexfield in document of records

Summary:

We have a requirement to load a form for the employee using document of records to notify a change of work shift,

each shift groups 3 flexible fields: start date, end date and temporary shift. Up to 5 different shifts can be added

for which it must be validated:

• Validate that the fields of a schedule are not empty (start date 1, end date 1, temporary shift)

• Validate that the start date is less than the end date in each period.

• Validate if the start date of a schedule is greater than the end date of the previous schedule.

There is already a use case created but it is under review. However, I am testing creating an autocomplete rule and so far part of the conditions  work when an HR specialist manages an employee's documents, but they work differently when the document is uploaded directly by the employee.

Howdy, Stranger!
