Data Management Import step is taking longer than expected time
Looking for some help in troubleshooting an issue in Data Management Import step to extract the data from PCMCS.
We have an Existing PCMCS application (Cloud) and we are migrating it to new Cloud instance.
Migration is as-is with no changes. We were able to import the Snapshot with no errors and warnings.
1) We found an issue in Data Management, when we running Data Load Rule "Import" step is taking longer time than usual.
Example: in current instance DLR which executes in one hour is taking 4 hours in New Cloud Instance.
Settings are same compared in both the instances.
