Intercept custom fields created in a requisition in career site.

we would need to understand if it is possible within the career site to somehow intercept custom fields created in a requisition.

To date the situation is as follows:

Through hdl and javascript we go to intercept the link of the requisition and from the same then we get the number of the requisition, since this was born to have only two requisition a particular graphic until now was working, now we were required on different requisition and so instead of intercepting only the number, we wanted at this point to insert a flag when creating the requisition and then intercept this flag via HTML or javascripet in the career site in order to have a different graphic, after the first tests it seems that this is not possible,
