Setting Up WebEx Integration - Delegate account
Our customer is interested in setting up the OLC - WebEx integration for VILT. We've found some Oracle documents explaining how to set up this integration and one of the very first steps is to "create a WebEx Delegate Account".
Is the Delegate Account mandatory to correctly set up the integration? In addition, what Email address(es) should be entered in the WebEx site for the Delegate account?
We're looking for advices/experiences from anyone who might have already activated this :)
