New Enterpise Profitability Error with Formula on Custom Rule

Hi all,

I created a new custom rule, with the formula below:

[Adjustment In] :=Sum(CrossJoin({[TP_RnD Service],[PCM_NoRule],[PCM_Input],[Tot_OpEx]},{UDA([Department],"GAAP Prod Dev")}))

No matter what, cannot make it work.
