Payment terms - Due date rule by range days

Is there the possibility to implement payment terms rule, based on range days of invoice date ?

Content (required):

We want implement payment term on invoices, applying due date logic based on range of days. See example :

Payment term name : 15th of month . This payment term should set the due date at the 15th day of the month, based on the invoice date.

But then, we want to add an additional logic: if invoice date is from 1st to 15th day, then due date is 15th of the month. Instead, if invoice date is from 16th o 31st - due date is 15th of NEXT month.
