Global Transfer After Allocations

Summary:

An Employee is in UAE as of the HR Data Extraction Date/Cut Off Date and hence appears in the worksheet accordingly. However after the Pay allocations are finalized and prior to the transfer of allocation, the employee is transferred to a different country say Switzerland. Thus there is a difference between the Allocation currency and the actual pay currency(AED vs CHF). How are these scenarios typically handled?
