How to manage overnight work for multiple time zones?

Hi Team,

I have a requirement where I need to add overnight work for 23 hours for technicians working in different countries hence different time zones. As per the Business Rule Settings in OFSC, only a single time zone can be selected. How can this work if there are different time zones? Is there any work around possible ?
