A few weeks ago I had noticed that my little blog website was not accessible on my instance (christopher6) and when I had logged into the instance to see what was going on I saw that it was removed and when I attempted to recreate the instance (I understand that you guys can reclaim intances from 'free' accounts when needed) I got a message effectively saying that I as an Administrator on the instance that I don't have the permission to create/view the instances in my compartment and I do not have access to another.
