Library Goals - Remove 'Recent Values' from LOV

Summary:

Hello

After adding a library goal the LOV then defaults to only show the most recently used - once you start typing the others will then appear as the most recently used disappears.

Is there way to remove the recent values lookup from the goals section so that it will show all the goals after you've added one? If so how?

And does any solution affect other modules / areas of the system?

Thanks!
