Restrict user to submit requests, use REST APIs

Summary:

I understand this is not fully related to General Ledger but couldn't find any other forum

We created a dummy user for the Integration Mulesoft to submit FBDI processes, use REST APIs for processing data but we don't want the dummy user to access the UIs.

Is this achievable?

The dummy user will be used by Mulesoft to trigger FBDI requests (Load Interface file for Import, Import Project Costs, Import Payables Invoices etc) or to invoke REST APIs to create/update employee, suppliers

We don't want anyone to use the dummy user credentials to access the front end (UI)
