Oracle cloud can't receive the email of changing the password. I have changed my computer, but the attempt is still invalid. I think many people have the same situation. My email can receive the email of Oracle traditional account, and only the email of resetting the password of Oracle cloud can't be received

For the third time, I asked "can't log in to Oracle cloud", prompting that the password is wrong, but I can't receive the email to change the password. The password changed through the traditional account can't log in to Oracle cloud

I have consulted many Oracle customer service personnel about this problem. Customer service can't solve it. Can you solve it? I will always give feedback on this problem
