OCI how to enable http connection

Summary:

I'm trying to enable HTTP connection to my compute instance without success.

Content (required):

I have enabled port 80 in ufw and added Ingress Rule to security list.

Nginx is up and running, if I run "curl localhost" locally then I get the html back.

Trying to load the public IP in a browser runs into timeout.
