Payroll final close when payments need to be processed after termination date
Summary:
The client has been advised that as all payments need to be processed before the final close process can be actioned, if the final close has been actioned and a payment is still due, HR would need to add the individual onto the system again as a new payroll record, to enable Oracle to process the payment. The issue is also that if no late payment is due but final close has not been actioned, the terminated employee is still being included in the pay run assessment e.g. for auto enrolment and may receive a tax refund which is not
