Help request - Cannot sign-in to OCI console
on 11th May I was trying to activate MFA for my tenant admin account.
I logged out and now every time I try to login I receive the error message:
From that moment I wasn't able to login anymore, I'm completely locked out from my account.
Even after various password resets the situation is not changed, I still recevive the same error.
The problem is that I cannot access OCI console at all, I cannot do anything...
I wrote various e-mails to c2csupport in the last months and the maximum that has been made is resetting the password, but this has not resolved the problem that still exists.
