IRC_REQUISITIONS_ pulling latest requisition approved date. need to change this to the original date

IRC_REQUISITIONS_VL.APPROVED_DATE
'Requisition Approved Date': Currently it is pulling the latest requisition approved date. I need to change this to the original requisition approved date. (If a requisition was routed for approval more than once, it should have pulled the original date).
