Oracle HCM Payroll: Best way to have an Employee in multiple Concurrent check runs

edited Sep 8, 2022 8:38PM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 2 comments

Summary:

We are currently in testing of the Oracle Office Payroll HCM module. We have not yet implemented.

The question is can we have the same employee in multiple concurrent check runs? What is the best way to do this?

Content (required):

We would like to have an Employee in a:

1)   Regular check run (which is direct deposit) / and then in a bonus check run (via separate check)

2)   For Terminations, we would want to pay the employee for multiple pay weeks (last week and this week) on different checks, but Oracle is combining the two weeks’ pay data on the same check/payslip.

Howdy, Stranger!
