Need 401K Catchup in same week when 401K max is reached

Summary:

The expectation is that the 401K Catchup will begin processing in the same week as the 401K reaches limit

Content (required):

We have instances where an employee reaches his 401K limit with a partial amount in the week. Our expectation is that the Catchup would begin processing in that same week.

Example -

Employee normally contributes $400/week in 401K

In week 38 only $200 deducted because he reached $20,500 in contributions (max). He should also have $200 in Catchup contributions in week 38 but processing for catchup waits until week 39. How do we set the element to process in the same week?
