Translation and Reporting Currencies

Hello

We have a Primary Ledger in GPB and I ran translation to USD and the journal is book on the CTA account, however I was wondering if I setup a secondary ledger in USD / Reporting Leger I think is not requiered to run any traslation on the secondary ledger, or I can run the translation on the primary but I to do not need to trasfers those journals to the secondary /reporting ledger.

Please let me know your comments
