Summary:

I can log in to the same "admin" account I have been using. Still, every page shows either a 401 Unauthorized error prompt or the message "The required information to complete authentication was not provided or was incorrect." This has been an issue for months, and from going through the multiple posts I am not the only person with this issue.

I am unable to do anything in my cloud tenancy, including editing my profile, creating new instances, anything except for logging in and logging out.
