Absence Accrual Report needed in OTBI

I need to create a report that will show what was accrued for each employee for each absence plan in a specified date range.
Content (required):
We have multiple absence plans, and accrued amounts each pay period are based on plan, years of service and hours paid. I need an OTBI report which will show me the total hours accrued in a plan, by employee, in a specific date range (1 fiscal year period). I think I need to be in Workforce management - Accrual Real Time, but I cannot figure out which criteria is the actual accrual.
This is for our fiscal year end compensated absences reporting spreadsheet. I need to show prior year balance, amount accrued, amount used, and new year end balance, as of 06/30.
