Where can I find the Next Generation Help Desk Release Notes?

Hello,

I am wondering how I can find the Next Generation Help Desk release notes. I can't find them anywhere in the "What's New" documentation Oracle provides for other HCM modules. The COE does not provide upgrade release notes either. With the next upgrade cycle coming up quickly it would be nice to view the upgrades so we can tell customers what to expect. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
