Summary: We've recently implemented automatic processing of internal offers functionality. We are seeing two errors and would like to understand if this is expected and if there are any recommendations to solve.

Content (required):

  • Requisitions do not automatically close until the automatic processing occurs?
  • Any team members that are offered at a date after the automatic trigger date get stuck in pending automated processing. EG we have the internal processing date set at 30 days out but if we offer someone 10 days out the system doesn't recognize this.
