Succession Planning - Add Internal Candidate in Talent Pools outside HR's scope
The idea is to enable the Talent Manager to add candidates outside his scope in the Talent Pools (of Succession Plan).
Would there be a way to extend the security of Talent Manager's scope in adding internal candidates outside his AoR without affecting the data access (ex. AoR or Security Profile)? Mainly just be able to add candidates in the Talent Pools that are outside his AoR scope.
