Error Message In The Journey Task

Hello Experts,


We have created Journey for probation process where the manager can set the expectation during the Probation process, and employee can see the probation expectation added by the line manager.


Since we have the many tasks for employee and line manager, when the line manager sets the expectations and click on done, the next task will gets assign to the employee where he/she should be able to see the manager expectations and click on done, however when the employee click on done he/she received below error:



status failed: <html>An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.<br><br>An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 155, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: ServiceServer_as2_01, Application Name: ORA_HCM_SERVICESAPP.</html>
