Proactive SR: Verify Performance of HCM Extracts

Just before 22C, Oracle Support logged a proactive SR for us, indicating that our HCM Extracts might slow down. And sure enough, after the release some Extracts starting running for 17+ Hours. Then last week, they just quit running to completion. We have an open SEV 1. And several SQL fix patches have been tried. But we have no resolution. Just curious if anyone else has had HCM Extracts impacted by 22C? And have you gotten a fix?
