How to get behavior discriptions to display

Summary:

On the Skills and Qualifications Page, you can see the description of the competency when you are selecting the competency to add to your profile, however, the behaviors that are related only show the behavior name. Is there a way to also show the descriptions associated the behaviors?

Additionally, is there any sort of indicator that can be added to show if you've rated the related behavior or not (currently only the pencil icon shows) so you know what average the parent competency rating is pulling from?
