Journey task Questionnaire - questions do not show instructions on question config

Summary:

I have a Journey task that is a questionnaire. When building out the questions for the questionnaire, I had added instructions for some of the questions on the question configuration but those instructions do not show up when doing the questionnaire via the journey task.

I have a Journey task that is a questionnaire. When building out the questions for the questionnaire, I had added instructions for some of the questions on the question configuration but those instructions do not show up when doing the questionnaire via the journey task. Is there any way to show on each question in the questionnaire the instructions added? it would help provide some 'step by step' instructions as the users is completing each question in the journey task questionnaire.
