How to load Planned order in GOP

Can you tell us what is the best way for planned orders in GOP, whether GOP considers planned orders of source OSP or external? In one of the doc we see that 'ScpPlannedOrderSupplyImportTemplate ' is only for use with GOP(Doc ID 2557459.1).

The requirement is to have the ability to load planned order supplies into GOP

Can you please provide the steps on how to view the planned orders in GOP (Supply in Review Supply availability).
