Summary: Error while overriding element entry costing info using HSDL / HDL


Content (required):We are using calculation cards to create element entries with costing. Now our business users would like to override the costing info using HSDL and encountering the error

Error: The creator type of a deduction information repository entry must be CIR_COMP. Element Announcer is a deduction information repository element. An entry created for this element must be identified as a CIR_COMP (deduction information repository component) entry.

Note: there is no issue while updating using UI

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): 22C
