Candidates on pipeline requisitions moved to standard ones

Content (required):

Hello everyone,

We are looking into using the pipeline requisitions.

From what I've read so far in here, the best practice would be keep the candidate on the pipeline requisition as s/he progresses through the recruitment process. And move him/her to the standard requisition when we are ready to extend the offer.

But how do you treat their applications on the pipeline requisition once they are added to the standard one?

In my opinion, their application should be inactive - but "Rejected by employer" and "withdrawn by candidate" is kind of misleading.

What is your current practice?

Howdy, Stranger!
