AOR Approval Fails with BPEL Error: "System fault encountered in Human Workflow"

Hello everyone,

We are trying to create an approval rule for the Approve Job Requisition task. We created a new Area of Responsibility and we assigned it to some users, in order to test it. However, when a job req is submitted the Approve Job Requisition Rule returns an error "System fault encountered in Human Workflow"

I found a doc by Oracle Support which says that we much set the Representative Of value to Candidate's proposed Representative rather than Hiring Manager's Representativen (Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: AOR Approval Fails with BPEL Error: "System fault encountered in Human Workflow" (Doc ID 2757757.1))
