Tokens are not working in Alerts

Hi All,
We are trying to display department , JobOffer work location in the notifications which notifies hiring Team but these tokens are not pulling any values. It displays Null instead of fetching the value from requisition/Offer.
Please let us know why is it not working, I have attached sample notification for the same.
