Only Numeric Values can be accepted in Person Number Field

Content (required):

We have an issue where if the Person Number Generation Method is Manual, the Text field would accept all Kinds Of Entry (Numbers, Alphabetical Characters, and Special Characters) but we would want to Limit that Entry Only to Numbers


I have tried Multiple Rule Validations but none of them is working, appreciate if anyone could assist
