Termintated Employee - Recoup Company Owed Monies
Summary:
What are some practices/methods that when an employee is terminated that prior to termination it be determined that employee owes the company monies of some kind i.e. Relocation, Tuition, etc. The goal is that any terminated employee whether it was a dismissal or the employee resigned with or without notice that communication occurs to advise those that need to know that the person owes money.
