Post Refresh: Test from Production; Integration from OFS to C2M seems not active.

Summary:

Hi. We have just refreshed our test environment from production. We have manually configured our test environment to ensure the integration fields are linked with our test C2M premise. During smoke-testing, when C2M sent FA to OFS, OFS was able to create it. When we completed the FA from OFS, it seem it is not executing the Complete_Activity_OFSCToSOM integration and the Oracle Application's Integration is still saying "Data transfer has not been started". Are we missing any configuration or something to run post refresh to be able to activate or start the transfer?
