Job Application Page shows no candidates

Content (required):

We have applied 4 candidates within a Requisition and after clicking on 'Applications' even if it shows count as 4 but inside the same we can't view any applicants. Whereas in Candidate Search page Recruiter can view all candidates. We tested this with seeded Recruiting Manager role.

All the mandatory ESS Jobs were ran and rest are scheduled as per the recommended frequency.

Let me know how we can resolve this issue.
