Custom Manager Role for Talent Review
We are trying to launch Talent Review for a small population of the organisation. So we need a separate Custom role for all line managers who are going to be part of this exercise.
We need the line managers to be able to access the 9-box grid and give the rating before they actually meet for the Talent Review meeting. We do not want line managers to have access to all the default Line Manager functions, just the Talent Review & Succession planning activities. Can someone help with the custom role.
