How to segregate custom list column visibility by Legal Employer in compensation plan?

Hello experts,

in compensation plan we need to make appear some values in the custom list column by the legal employer the employee belongs to.

The custom list column is a standard lookup (CMP_CWB_CUST_COL_49_LIST). Is there a way to use tags in this way? If so, how can I do it?

For example, in the attached example the DIR values should be visible by Legal Entity ABC.

How can we achieve it?
