Fast Formula for last year's rating in Compensation Plan

We'd like to fetch the Performance Rating and Potential Rating from workers' profiles to use in the Compensation Plan's worksheet.

I've found some formula's to display the talent ratings and managed to get the current rating in a column, but I am struggling with changing the context to a previous year. There are some documents regarding this topic, but I am still a novice in regards to Fast Formulas.

I used the formulas mentioned in this Document: How to bring Performance / Talent Ratings in Compensation Worksheet with the help of Fast Formula? (Doc ID 2331384.1)

I replaced the following:

l_eff_date = CMP_IV_PLAN_EXTRACTION_DATE
