I am trying to connect to Oracle EPCM via SmartView in MS excel, but not able to connect.

We have 2 instances: standard and enterprise instance. I am able to access both instances directly using service instance URL and also able to connect smart view in excel using standard version URL.

Please find below screenshots for reference. Kindly let me know if anyone has faced this issue.

URL Format used for both standard and enterprise version (anonymized).
