Global Transfer does not provide options to copy Element Entries for certain legislations

Summary:

Scenario is Client has Fusion HCM implemented for close to 20+ countries, however Payroll is implemented only for AE Legislation with various Legal Employers.

The Copy Element Entries scetion is enabled using Design Studio. When an Employee is transfered from AE to Non AE, the Copy Element Entries Section is not Shown, however when transferred from one LE to another LE within AE, it does appear.

Please note that Manage Features by Countries & Teritories is set to Human resources for all Countries where payroll is not implemented. Additionally Dummy Payroll Definition is defined in all the countries .


Pls let us know why the Copy Element Entries section does not appear in some cases.
