Hello everyone,

We are currently trying some changes in Directory. Our aim now is to succeed Read Only Access for Custom Line Manager Role. In order to achieve that we provided the following privilege to the custom role:

View Person Skills and Qualifications ORA_HRT_VIEW_PERSON_SKILLS_AND_QUALIFICATIONS

Although, when we log in with the User with the Custom Line Manager Role we can see the Add and Edit button in the sections (see the screenshot bellow).

We thought the the view View Person Skills and Qualifications privilege would only give accees to the skills and qualification tab and the opportunity to edit the sections inside the tab.
