Content (required): Hi All,

               I have a requirement in Workforce Compensation Plan as follows.


  • There is a WFC Plan which has top management employees (around 100).
  • The primary Worksheet Manager for these employees will be a single person (let’s say Global Comp Analyst - GCA).
  • When the “Start Compensation Cycle” process is run for this plan, the GCA will have access to this Plan cycle and he will be the primary worksheet manager for these 100 employees
  • The GCA will give salary increments to the employees on the worksheet and submit the plan for approval.
