Hi. I am planning on using Jasper Reports server and JasperSoft Studio on Oracle Cloud Free tier(Always Free Resources) for designing and running reports that will be called from Oracle APEX application built and hosted on OCI as well. Oracle OCI enables me to create a compute instance(Virtual Machine) and install software on it. 

I know that websites are hosted on a running web servers, so, how will my virtual machine be running all the time to be able to support users who will need to run reports?!

Are virtual machines on OCI always running 24 hours a day?
